Day after day

Olivia and Clara enjoying some rug time.

Oscar and his family
Grandma Jannita and Grandma Linda took care of Clara and Olivia because Katie had to go back to work for one day to keep her insurance. It took both of us.
Malynda gave Katie a ride to work and got to hold Clara as payment.
Tomorrow, Katie is going to take Olivia to at a Gastroenterologist. Hopefully we will get some answers.

Together is best

Olivia and Clara are waiting on the blanket to get changed.

Clara Olivia
Napping together in their swings.
We are trying to stay cool and help Olivia feel better. She is fine most of the time-she is uncomfortable only when she is eating.
We are so thankful to the Lord for his healing hands.

Mirror. mirror on the floor

Clara had a little floor time and discovered a beautiful baby in the mirror.

Later today, Olivia found a different beautiful baby in the mirror.

Olivia had an x-ray today to see if there was anything causing her uncomfortable eating. The X-ray was normal. Everyone is coming to the conclusion that she may be lactose intolerant, and they changed her supplement to one with no dairy. We are hoping it will help.
We give thanks to God for all the days we are spending with the babies.
Quote of the Day:
Life is like a mirror, we get the best results
when we smile at it.

Cute Clara look

It is getting very hard to tell who is who. This is Olivia or is it?

Clara is checking out the faucet, too. It is almost an identical picture as the one before it.

Some days you turn around and it is bedtime. Today was one of those days, thus just one picture.

Tuesday

The thing they like to do best on their play mat is sleep.

Sisters holding sisters.
Katie and Olivia-it was a long night.
Olivia went to the doctor to get checked out. She does have reflux but they are working on her medication to help her feel better. Every day is a blessing.

some holding time.

Aunt Hannah held Olivia.
Aunt Sarah held Clara.
A lot of love surrounds the girls. They are very good babies. Olivia still has a little trouble with her reflux but she is going to go see Tracy(her nurse practitioner and friend) tomorrow to see if we can get to the bottom of the problem. Love to all of you.

A lazy Saturday

Jeremy's cousin Corrine and her boyfriend Matt meet the twins and Oscar.

Clara is looking around as Olivia takes a little nap.

Both of them are wide awake, this time at the same time.

Here is a picture of Clara and Olivia at 6:00 a.m.. Clara is out of her snuggie and Olivia turned herself sideways in the bed.
Father's Day is tomorrow. Remember your fathers and give them the respect they deserve. Congratulations to all the first time fathers including Jeremy. Being a father is the most important job you will ever have.
Praise God for his steadfast love.

Sleep and play

Olivia is having a cat nap.
Clara is enjoying an afternoon nap.
Their pacifiers are working.
The twins try out their new play gym.

More play gym
Last night when Katie went to get Olivia to feed her, she was completely turned sideways in her crib. She is a mover, mover. It happened again later in the night. When she was still in her isolette, she moved all over in there, too. Each day is an adventure and we thank God for it.
